We've rolled out one of the biggest updates in Isaac AAC's history, and we couldn't be more excited to share it with you. This release is all about clarity, accuracy, and making the communication experience smoother for every child, parent, and therapist who relies on our app every day.
The first thing you'll notice is the fully redesigned app page. New visuals, clearer descriptions, and a layout that actually explains what Isaac AAC does and why it matters. We heard from many of you that the old page didn't do the app justice — so we rebuilt it from the ground up.
But the real heavy lifting happened under the hood. We re-translated and re-categorized every single symbol in the app. Over the past months, therapists, parents, and our linguistic consultants flagged translations that didn't quite land and categories that didn't match how children actually think about words. We went through the entire database of 15,000+ symbols, fixed the mistakes, and recategorized everything according to proper AAC methodology. For families using multiple languages, this is a huge leap forward in reliability.
Training Mode got a serious upgrade too. We fixed the bugs that some of you reported, improved the flow, and made sessions feel more rewarding for kids. If you tried Training Mode before and bounced off, give it another shot — it's a different experience now.
We also squashed the frustrating empty template bug that occasionally appeared when setting up a new profile, along with a long list of smaller performance and stability improvements across the whole app.
Isaac AAC keeps getting better because you keep telling us what needs fixing. Thank you — and keep the feedback coming.
